Well-kept hotel, marvellous location, we booked an executive queen room and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location: the property was near downtown, museum and Paseo de Montejo. We found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Kapok Antojeria Yucateca that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

Convenient hotel with well-maintained rooms and a private bathroom. A huge variety of excellent meal options. Amicable and reasonably good staff. Favorable location near downtown, close enough to beautiful Paseo Montejo, restaurants, and town.

I had a fantastic experience at El Conquistador! The staff at the front desk, including Martin the manager, were incredibly helpful and spoke great English. The hotel is conveniently located on the Pasajo de Montejo, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. I also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool, although it is shallow and more suited for relaxing with a drink and chatting. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and great location.

I absolutely loved the hotel's location on the "Paseo de Montejo" Avenue, right on the grand street with the museum. Being on top of the boulevard provided stunning views. It was a perfect spot in this beautiful area of the city. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the rooftop pool, which was an amazing way to relax after a busy day of exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff provided excellent service.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-maintained rooms at Hotel El Conquistador. The breakfast buffet surpassed our expectations with its elaborate spread of delicious dishes. The location of the hotel was convenient and we were able to explore the city easily. The pool on the rooftop was a great place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the sun terrace, everything was perfect. We loved the spa & wellness centre as well as the impressive outdoor swimming pool. The service was impeccable, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, and the buffet breakfast was exquisite. The exclusive private facilities were a pleasant surprise. The location advantages were also noteworthy as there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

There was only one minor issue that we encountered during our stay, and that was the inconsistent temperature in our room. However, the staff was quick to address the issue and bring us an additional heater, so it didn't affect our experience at this hotel.

Opted for a double room that was spacious and convenient, definitely recommending this place for future stays.
